Acorn Psychotherapy

Paige Taylor, LSW

Hi! I’m Paige (they/she)

I help my clients understand the different parts of themselves that make up who they are. If you are ready to dive deeper into working with your trauma, I am here to guide you. We will work together to identify the parts that once protected you, but are no longer serving you and find new ways for these parts to exist. I aim to make therapy accessible to all of my clients and we can talk about what this means for you. Fidgeting is welcome, as well as eating or knitting while we chat. I utilize a trauma-informed approach which means that I empower my clients to decide what they need from therapy and allow them to control the pace of opening up.

A little about me:

  • I love to cross-stitch

  • I’m a therapist in therapy

  • My favorite part of my job is watching people learn to love themselves

I believe that life should be filled with joy and positive experiences, despite the world we live in pushing many of us to live in “survival mode.”
